BPJS Formed Complaint Post

The Healthcare and Social Security Agency (BPJS) formed a complaint post for distribution of Indonesian Health Card (KIS) - Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI).

The post serves to monitor distribution of KIS-PBI

Since early January, the post at the level of central office, regional division office, branch office and operational service office of Regent or city (KLOK), has been operating.

"The post serves to monitor distribution of KIS-PBI that has been 100 percent given to the third party and to ensure whether KIS-PBI is already arrive or not to the ex-participants of community health protection scheme (jaskesmas) in accordance with masterfile data," said Kisworowati, Head of Regional IV Division for Jakarta BPJS, Wednesday (2/3).

BPJS Escalates Indonesia One Level Higher

Based on latest data, the number of KIS-PBI recipients in Jakarta is reaching 1,390,128 people. Thereupon, to accommodate complaint about its distribution starting from participant moves domicile, dead, not poor anymore and so on. His party asks citizen to contact the officer or send an email to the post.
